The world doesn’t stop, but for a couple of hours, you can.
Held in the heart of Swansea, this aerial soundbath invites you to settle into a suspended hammock and be gently cocooned by sound. As the body relaxes into the support of the fabric, waves of gong, drum, overtone voice and immersive instruments create a deeply calming and restorative journey.
Blending sound, guided meditation, essential oils and optional ceremonial plant tinctures, this is an opportunity to slow down, breathe deeply and step away from the noise of everyday life.
Many people describe the experience as feeling held, supported and weightless. Somewhere between resting, dreaming and meditation.
No experience is needed. Simply arrive in comfortable clothing, climb into your hammock and allow the sound to do the rest.
Your session may include symphonic gongs, shamanic drumming, overtone vocals, Himalayan singing bowls, chimes, essential oils and carefully selected botanical allies including red rose, hawthorn, blue lotus and mugwort.
Leave feeling calmer, lighter and more connected than when you arrived.

This soundbath is safe for most people, and no sound equipment will be placed directly on the body. The session is designed to be deeply relaxing and restorative, using sound in a way that is no different from attending a concert, live music event, or listening to music at home.
