✨You’ll leave feeling calm, grounded, and refreshed, with a clearer mind and a sense of ease.
✨No experience is needed — simply lie down, get comfortable, and allow the sounds to wash over you.
Instructions
🌊Preparing for Your Sound Bath
✨To help you feel comfortable during the session, please bring:
• A yoga mat or something to lie on
• A blanket (you may feel cool while resting)
• A pillow or cushion for support
• Water if you’d like
✨Please arrive 5–10 minutes early so we can begin in a calm, settled way.
✨Wear comfortable clothing and avoid heavy meals just beforehand.
✨If you have any medical concerns, are pregnant, or use hearing aids, please let me know before the session.
