Soul Bliss Autumn Retreat – Hereford
September 25 @ 8:00 am – September 27 @ 5:00 pm
£370

Immerse yourself in the healing energies of Autumn, in a soul nurturing experience set in the heart of the Herefordshire countryside.
In a weekend of teachings that combines the gentle practices of authentic Hatha and Pranayama yoga, energy medicine, chakra healing, and meditation, this is a perfect opportunity to come back into the self, to ground, cleanse, and to improve energy flow within, to bring peace, and to aid in providing a renewed sense of perspective going forth, as we transition from the summer into the autumn months.
As we pass now from the turning point of the Equinox into the next cycle of the year, we enter into a phase traditionally seen as a time for balance, for letting go, and for gratitude. For appreciating the fruits of our own labours, and of all that is found within nature. The practices we engage in throughout the weekend will embody these elements, and will be fortified by the wisdom of Spirit and of Mother Nature herself.
The Healing Tenet.
One of the first steps to good health is often to acknowledge and accept everything that we are. To no longer push away, but to acquiesce to and love everything just the way it is. In doing so, we naturally become aligned with the spiritual flow and guidance that is there at all times, to nourish, nurture and support us. Within this alignment, we feel safe to let go of what no longer serves us. Old patterns are released, allowing new energy in to bring change wherever it is needed.
The practices taught by Hazel and Maxine embody all this and more, and are ultimately designed not just to relax, nurture and bring healing, but to bring us back into the loving space at the centre of our beings.
Maitreya House along with the beautiful grounds that surround it, provides a nurturing space to assist in facilitating this healing.

The grounds include an orchard, maturing gardens, and many trees. An ideal space to relax, connect to nature, and feel at peace, as you tune into the shifting energies that are felt at the time of Autumn equinox.
Accommodation
Within the house, there is one private room, and two shared rooms. There are also three cabins in the grounds of the house which can sleep one or two people. Please let us know if you wish to have a private room, and we will do our best to accommodate this.
