The Health Edit : Health and Wellbeing festival – Knutsford

We’ve teamed up with the Common Good to bring you ‘The Health Edit’, a health and wellbeing festival in Knutsford featuring brilliant experts, fitness instructors, wellbeing practitioners, musicians and local businesses for one uplifting day.
From 10am, adult women can enjoy expert talks, Thrive in Five, high-energy classes and restorative sessions covering everything from menopause, nutrition and mental health to brain health, breathwork and strength training.
From 3pm, the festival opens to men and families for live music, a DJ, family activities, a Men’s Health Panel and plenty more to discover.
Come to learn, move, reset or simply enjoy the atmosphere. Every ticket supports Alzheimer’s research and organisations working to improve brain health.
