Wild Wellness Lavender Ritual, held by Laura – Her Soul Living, is a sacred 2.5-hour lakeside journey of return.
Inspired by ancient bathing traditions and the elements of earth, water, heat and breath, this immersive experience supports nervous system release and deep reconnection in nature.
Lavender guides the ritual through anointing, meditation and breath work, followed by wood-fired sauna, lake immersion, fire pit connection, herbal teas and cake.
