SUMMARY:Yoga\, Mindfulness & Well-Being Retreat Day - Buxton
DESCRIPTION:The Yoga Den • England \nThis Wonderfully Relaxing Day Retreat at the studio will leave you floating out of the studio door\, giving you a sense of peace\, whilst energised and aware. \nThe day includes Yin Yoga\, Aerial Yoga\, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique)\, Pranayama (Breathwork)\, Meditation/Mindfulness\, and Reiki (Energy balancing). Whist receiving Reiki you will be lay on the HigherDose Infrared and PEMF (Pulsed Electro Magnetic Field Therapy) mat which energises and detoxes the body. \nIf you have a pacemaker or something similar you unfortunately cannot use the HigherDose mat\, but you can still receive reiki. \n  \nA healthy vegan lunch\, is also included. \n  \n  \nSchedule for the day – \n9.45 – 10.15am – Welcome Drink \n  \n10.15 – 11.15am – Breath-work\, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and Meditation \n11.15 – 1pm – Aerial Yoga \n1 – 2pm – Lunch\n2 – 3.30pm  – Yin Yoga and Reiki \n  \n3.30pm – 4pm – Closing Session \n  \nThe lunch will consist of a Falafel Tabbouleh Salad or similar. \n  \nCost for the day – £85 \n  \nPlease WhatsApp or Message Alex on 07834 872663 if you have any dietary restrictions or requirements.  \nSuitable for beginners. Comfortable Yoga clothing with a warmer layer is recommended. All equipment is provided. Please arrive at the start time (no earlier please).  \nPlease be aware the Yoga Hammock can sometimes cause friction or bruise the skin in certain poses. With repetition the body becomes used to it. Like with any sport or exercise when using equipment there is a risk. The swaying of the hammock and inversions can sometimes trigger motion sickness for those that suffer with it.
