The drum is a powerful tool for entering a very deep trance like state without the need for any substances. \nWe will begin by creating a grounded and intentional space together through guided intention setting\, gentle nervous system relaxation and immersive sound healing to help settle the body and quiet the thinking mind. You will be offered guidance on the foundations of shamanic journeying\, including how to safely navigate the experience with curiosity\, openness and personal sovereignty. \nSupported by the steady rhythm of the drum\, participants will then be guided into a meditative journey into the Lower World — a symbolic inner landscape traditionally associated with instinct\, wisdom\, ancestral memory and spirit animal guides. Through trance-inducing drumming and deep relaxation\, you may encounter meaningful imagery\, insights\, archetypal energies or supportive animal allies arising from the unconscious and hidden realms of the psyche. \nThis experience is approached with respect for traditional shamanic practices while remaining accessible\, grounded and open to individual interpretation. No previous experience is necessary.
