SUMMARY:Essence of the Dragonfly - Pitlochry
DESCRIPTION:Held in the grounds of Dunfallandy House in one of our beautiful Yurts.This weekend is focussing more on the physical body. Some of the workshops will help to gently move your energy to flow with ease\, while the rest will be focussed on how we can help to obtain maximum physical health. .As always we have 8 rooms available in Dunfallandy House itself (details below).We begin on Friday evening with supper in the house followed by a short film in the yurt which is always such a cosy way to start the weekend. .This weekend\, I have allowed for more free time to relax and integrate with everyone\, as well as having a mobile sauna & plunge pool for you to take advantage of..If you choose to stay on site\, you will receive a continental breakfast Saturday/Sunday morning. Snacks & lunches are provided for both days.  \n\nPilates\nChanting and Breathwork\nStrength and Conditioning\nEnergy Body Clearing\nAyurvedic Medicine\nChirpractic and Emotions\nYin Yoga and Harpist\nTai Chi\nFilm Night\nHorse Box Sauna & Plunge\n\nOn Saturday night\, we will be ordering pizzas from Jessie’s to enjoy in the house.
