SUMMARY:Introduction to Sound Healing Course - Shrewsbury
DESCRIPTION:Join me for an immersive journey into sound where we will explore the origins of healing with sound\, and where you will discover how to apply sound as a healing modality in your own unique way. \nLearn how to play instruments including Tibetan singing bowls. crystal singing bowls\, tuning forks\, gongs\, chimes\, the drum\, the voice\, and more.\nIncluded in the course fee is a set of tuning forks and a shaker (percussion instrument) so you can get started with your own practice right away. \nOn completion of the two-day workshop\, you will conduct four case study sound healing sessions with friends or family and complete a short written report on each session. This helps deepen your understanding of how to use sound in healing\, and allows the opportunity for self-reflection and technique improvement. \nWhat’s included: \n\n\nTechniques and guidance to enable you to conduct sound healing sessions\, both 1:1 and with groups \n\n\nContinued support \n\n\nHandbook \n\n\n1:1 coaching call \n\n\nSound Healing Certificate \n\n\nA relaxing sound bath \n\n\nFree set of tuning forks \n\n\nFree shaker percussion instrument \n\n\nThe course will be held at the stunning Garden Room at Newton Meadows\, Shrewsbury. The garden room in a wood cabin with full-height windows which look out on to the far-reaching views of the Shropshire countryside. There is a beautiful lake on site with visiting wildlife\, and we have access to two acres of countryside during our workshop. Weather permitting\, we will take our instruments outside and connect with nature as we play. \nWhy choose this course?\nMy approach is to encourage students to use their instincts and be intuitition-led when they play.
