Crafting the goddess within you – Cornwall
Through this day retreat you have the opportunity to connect with other women and explore your own divine feminine. This is a deeply engaging retreat with a full programme of activities to ensure flow state as you immerse yourself in the discovery and crafting of your goddess within.
Our storytelling session opens you to the wilds of the Cornish landscape, the myths & legends of it’s women and how these stories carry through to us today. The drumming circle connects you more deeply to the landscape and your innerself before we give you space for reflection in silent meditation. A communal lunch provides an opportunity to share your stories and connect with others before you deep dive into your inner goddess to understand your archetype. You’ll then spend the afternoon creating your own, ceramic goddess statue* and deepening your connection to self & opening to others. A break for mezze fuels you as you let go and give your mind, body & soul over to a deeply relaxing & restorative sound bath. To close our day we connect around the fire in a grounding ceremony.
Our venue is set up on the wilds of the West Penwith moors with far reaching views taking in two coasts – part of the national landscape, world heritage site, international dark sky park & heritage coast it offers spectacular scenary and dramatic weather. The wind whips across the landscape, salt water hangs in the air, the earth beneath our feet is ancient granite and the sun sets the sky ablaze at day end in this elemental location.

Our Day
10am Welcome – arrival with tea & treat
10.30am Storytelling – a weaving of women & their stories through time
11.30am Drumming Circle – relax into the earth and connect with it’s vibrations
12pm Silent Meditation – space for reflection
12.30pm Lunch – connect over a home cooked lunch (menu tbc)
1.30pm Discover Your Archetype – an introduction to our archtypes and quiz to discover yours
2pm Ceramic Goddess Workshop –time to bring your goddess within to bear, shaping & moulding her from clay
4.30pm Break – reset with meze
5pm Sound Bath – still your mind & relax your body as your sub concisious journeys
6pm Grounding Ceremony- as we gather around the fire we give thanks for the day & ground ourselves in a guided meditation
whilst our planned activities end at 6.30pm you are welcome to sit by the fire until 7pm to ground yourself prior to departure
*Your ceramic goddess will be kiln fired and posted to you approximately 4 weeks after the retreat
