Full Moon Sessions – Semley

During these 2 hour sessions, you will have full use of the sauna, two cold plunges, hot and cold showers, fire pit area, and shared changing space.
Designed to help you slow down, fully unwind, and reconnect, these longer evening sessions invite you to experience the magic of Nordic Soul beneath the glow of the full moon, surrounded by nature, firelight, birdsong, and stillness.
To allow more people to experience the magic of these sessions, they will be limited to 8 guests.
