Silent Yoga Disco – Kelso

Join us for an energising 75-minute open-air yoga session, guided through wireless headsets with uplifting Balearic beats in the background. Flow through sun salutations and movement with music inspired by the iconic Ibiza sound — think Café del Mar, dreamy synths, and feel-good tunes.

This is yoga with a difference – set in nature, surrounded by community, and connected by rhythm. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or trying it for the first time, this playful practice invites you to breathe, move, and dance into stillness.

All attendees will be given wireless headsets to tune in to the instructor and curated music. Our playlist blends Balearic beats and chill-out grooves to create an immersive yoga experience.
