Evening Sound Bath & Wild Swim Friday 24th July | 18:30 – 21:00 Join us for a deeply restorative summer evening immersed in sound, stillness, and water. This unique experience begins with a grounding land-based sound bath, followed by exclusive access to a beautiful natural lake for wild swimming and quiet connection as the evening light softens. ✨
The Experience
18:30 – Arrival Arrive from
18:30 to park, settle in, and choose your spot. Take time to unwind, ground yourself, and transition out of the day.
19:00 – 20:00 | Land Sound Bath We’ll begin around
19:00 with a 1-hour sound bath held on land. You’ll be guided into deep rest through carefully curated soundscapes using gongs, singing bowls, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments. This session supports nervous system regulation, mental clarity, and physical relaxation, creating a gentle bridge into the wild swim. You’ll remain fully clothed — lying down or seated — wrapped up and comfortable.
20:00 – 21:00 | Wild Swim & Lake Time After the sound bath, you’ll have exclusive access to an incredible natural lake for wild swimming or quiet time by the water. Swimming is entirely optional. You’re welcome to: Swim mindfully Paddle or float Sit, reflect, and integrate This final hour is unstructured, allowing you to move at your own pace and listen to your body.
What to Bring – Blankets or a yoga mat for the sound bath – Warm layers (evenings can cool quickly) – Swimwear & towel – Water bottle – Anything that helps you feel comfortable and grounded
