The Sussex Health & Wellbeing Show *Stall holder advert*- Uckfield
The Sussex Health and Wellbeing Show is the first of its kind organised by Pop Up Events at The East Sussex National, a sought-after and prestigious venue. It’s on Saturday 27 June, trading 10am – 3pm with set up from 8am. Cost includes a 6ft table, white tablecloth and chair. Take down and exit by 4pm. Stall spaces are £45 plus VAT and booking fee. There are also 8 one-hour workshop and speaker slots available at £25 per hour. Slots will be part of the publicity. However, tickets for these will be the responsibility of the speaker/workshop leader (you may charge for these but they are your responsibility to sell and manage). There is projector equipment and screen in the room and help will be at hand. Each of the two breakout rooms or Health Hubs seats 30 comfortably although can take a max of 40. You can also use the carpeted space for a low noise class by stacking the available chairs at the start of your session.
There will be ample promotion and advertising by both Pop Up Events and the ESN including website, social media, flyers, door drops, banner on the main road outside the venue, local magazine advertising and more. Booking also commits you as a business to promote the event using your business channels. Stall types wanted include: fitness, nutrition and supplements, mental wellbeing, therapy, art therapy, physical caretaking, exercise, dance, relevant clothing and other products, spiritual, crystals, holistic health. Please note there is a restriction on the type of goods sold at this event due to the venue’s own Food Drink and Makers Festival being held the same day.
