You are welcome to join me for an online gathering to celebrate these beautiful fruits!
What to expect from this 90-minute gathering:
- A check-in
- A grounding meditation
- Learning about Strawberries
- Nature-themed activities
- Sharing & socialising
- A time to be creative
- An imagination-based guided relaxation
You can bring a pen/pencil and paper along for the various activities throughout the gathering.
For this gathering, you may like to bring along strawberries!
