Spa Retreat Days with Women Uncovered Burlesque – Falmouth

Spend a day connecting, sharing, learning, dancing, eating, resting, swimming, and laughing! Workshops, dances, creative space, and spa use!

You deserve a day for you! Spend it with us at one of our retreat days this Spring/Summer, only £40 for a full 9hr day.

Chyan Farm is a naturally beautiful, unique place, located in the stunning countryside surrounded by trees, just 15 minutes from Falmouth/Penryn. It’s perfect for escaping our busy lives, and finding peace, rest, and joy as we connect with nature and the other women for the day.

Each event will include:

• Breakfast
• Teas and coffees all day
• Circle for sharing, listening, and learning
• Short guided meditation
• Yoga based warm-up
• Workshops
• Simple dance choreography
• Vegetarian lunch
• 3 hours spa including sauna, hot tub, outdoor pool

Other activities such as burlesque themed crafts may take place.

Suitable for all abilities, ages, and experiences – beginners welcome!

You are welcome to participate at whatever level you feel comfortable, feel free to sit anything out, take breaks, etc.

Please wear something comfy to move in, and bring extra “sexy” items if you wish. Heels are optional, and there will be some costume items available to borrow.
