The Sunday Pause – Much Wenlock

Pause. Create space to just be.
Nurture your wellbeing while cultivating ways to live daily life with greater calm, care, and ease.
Whether you are navigating the pressures of a busy schedule, living with physical discomfort, or simply seeking some moments of quiet, these sessions are an invitation to reconnect and come home to yourself.
Join me to explore the timeless wisdom of mindfulness with simple, accessible practices to help calm a busy mind, ease stress and tension, and restore a sense of inner balance to support your wellbeing.
Each Session Includes:
- Clear, accessible, guided meditations with guidance on the practices and techniques.
- Time for questions, sharing, and gentle discussion in a friendly and warm environment.
- Tips and suggestions of everyday tools you can use to help you weave mindfulness into your life in a way that works for you.
There will be plenty to help you leave feeling grounded and replenished for the week ahead.
No prior experience is needed. Come as you are, whether you are curious to try meditation for the first time, or want to reignite or nurture your existing meditation practice within a warm community.
About Me:
Hello, I’m Emily. I am a Certified Mindfulness Teacher trained by Jack Kornfield, Tara Brach, and Stan Eisenstein (2-year MMTCP). I am also an Accredited Meditation Teacher with the British School of Meditation.
I have led sessions with groups of staff in professional settings, as well as online and in community settings in Mid Wales and Shropshire.
My approach is grounded in over 13 years of personal practice. It is further shaped through applying my practice to my professional roles in the cultural sector, and my own journey in using mindfulness to navigate and recover from significant life challenges.
My experiences inform my sessions, where I share proven tools and techniques to help you reconnect with yourself, and respond to your life with greater care, creativity, presence, and clarity, even in the middle of life’s difficulties.
Please Note:
Mindfulness and meditation are a safe and effective tool for most people, bringing many wellbeing benefits.
To help you practice in a way that feels comfortable for you, various options and adaptations will be offered throughout the session.
However, if you are living with clinical depression, bipolar, epilepsy, schizophrenia, or CPTSD, or if are currently under the care of a mental health provider, you should consult with your healthcare provider about the suitability of these sessions for you, before you register for and join these sessions.
